Q: How much do you charge for shipping?

A: Shipping is a $4.50 flat rate charge. Insurance may be purchased on the shipping page at checkout for an additional $1 for a shipping total of $5.50. Shipping charges may be temporarily increased due to postal service rate increases without notice. 

 

Q: What is your current turn around time? (TAT)

A: Our current TAT is 21 business days. But, it is not uncommon for orders to be shipped earlier. Because of travel, sickness, or other life that gets in the way, I do reserve a 21 business day TAT window. I absolutely HATE waiting for my packages to arrive and I'm sure you do too. So, I try to get them out as quickly as possible.

 

Q: Do your bows have a double loop or a flap?

A: All bows, headwraps, and piggies are made with a double loop.

 

Q: Do you have rep codes?

A: YES!! Rep codes are always available in the VIP group on Facebook. Windy Porter & Co. VIP

 

Q: How do your discounts work?

A: Rep codes and other discount codes are valid for regular priced items only. No additional discounts may be used on boxes, grab bags, or other pre-grouped bows. If you have a question about if an item is eligible, please don't hesitate to reach out.

 

Q: Do you offer a military discount?

A: YES!!! Our military discount is 25% and all active duty, retired, and military families are eligible. Please use the "Contact Us" link and provide proof of your military affiliation and we will send you the discount code.

 

Q: Do you combine shipping on multiple orders?

A: Unfortunately, no. 

 

Q: Do you sell wholesale?

A: Yes! I am happy to sell wholesale to select vendors. I reserve the right to refuse wholesale pricing to any vendor, at anytime, without reason. For more information about wholesale pricing, please use the "Contact Us" link.
