We spend quality time on each and every product to make sure that they are perfect. We pride ourselves on never sending out a product that we wouldn't be happy receiving.
However, if you ever receive a product that you are unhappy with, please message us. We will happily work through the issue and try to come to a conclusion.
Below is a quick list of our refunds and replacements policies.
//Refunds will be given in store credit in most cases.
//Shipping for replacements (both ways) and for returned items will be your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
//Refunds will only be issued once all items have been returned in the same condition you received them. (Shipping will not be refunded. Ever.)
//Items must be shipped back to WP&C within 5 BUSINESS DAYS of it being delivered to be eligible for refunds or replacements. Any items not shipped within the 5 BUSINESS DAY window will NOT be eligible for any refunds or replacements for the items. (Please note that this includes items that were shipped incorrectly.)
//All products must be unworn/unused to qualify for a refund or replacement.
//Refunds WILL NOT be granted for items that are damaged during shipping or were damaged by buyer. You may purchase insurance on our shipping page during checkout. Doing so will protect your order during the shipping process.
//Refunds or replacements WILL NOT be granted for items that are ordered in the wrong size. Please be sure to measure accurately and check sizing charts prior to purchase. If you have any questions about the measuring process, please reach out.
//Absolutely no changes can be made to orders once they have been placed.
//Refunds and replacements will not be issued for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. You may choose to purchase insurance for your package if you would like.
//Windy Porter & Co. LLC will not refund orders in the event of buyers remorse. Orders will be begin being processed as soon as they have been received.
